Dominance War is coming to GDC! Join us in San Fransisco, March 23rd to the 27th as
GCCore, Wacom, and Pixologic bring you the best of game art with highlights from
Dominance War III, tech demos, and art sessions from some of the industry's top
talent.
Dominance War, the annual "Olympics of game art"
is now in its fourth year.
Organized across global and digital boundaries alike, run in multiple languages and
open to all skill levels, Dominance War has grown into one of the largest game art
competitions in the world. GCCore is continually looking for ways to bring the craft
and skill of game art creation to the forefront of the industry, and a booth at GDC
is just the first step! Organizers Fredrik Hultqvist, Ryan Hawkins and Donovan Keele will be on hand to answer questions and chat about this year's contest.
Special thanks to Pixologic and Wacom for their contributions to this year's
Dominance War.
Wacom is an industry standard in pen input devices. From the Bamboo pen tablet to
the Cintiq displays, Wacom provides organizations with the technology and hardware
to achieve their artistic vision. They have graciously provided software, hardware,
and support.
Pixologic are the makers of the revolutionary program Zbrush, a 3d sculpting
program created by artists for artists. With Zbrush, sculptors and painters are
liberated from the normal work flows of 2d modeling and free to explore their
visions with an elegant new approach. |
